1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@googlekart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including our return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Partial refunds may be issued for used, damaged, or incomplete returns


6. Exchanges

  • Then contact your bank
